Farglory Holdings Pte. Ltd. was established in Singapore with an initial capital of 12 million Singapore dollars in 1997. It is located in the heart of Singapore business center. Company’s core business is ship management and ship investment, combining with financial and real estate investment. It has already successively sold and purchased ten vessels, including container ships and bulk carriers. Now it owns five container ships, which have been chartered by global and regional ship lines companies, such as China Shipping, Regional Container Lines and Sea Consortium, which cover South Asia. Its bulk carriers lines have spread all over the world. Farglory Holdings Pte. Ltd. owns many subsidiaries companies, including ship Management Company, Agency Company, Investment Company, and Shipping Company.
Farglory Shipmanagement Pte. Ltd engages in all aspects of ship management, including ship operation, vessel inspection, repairs and conversions, project development, quality assurance, manning, purchasing, cost control and financial analysis. It has obtained the DOC certificate by NKK, which conforms to ISM Code and authorization right from Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore. Company heavily invests money in the ship management software for managing vessels effectively and efficiently.
